Leena has over 26 years of experience in Accounting, Finance and Payroll management. This encompasses end-to-end solutions in the area of bookkeeping, audit finalization, and running employee life-cycle from hire to retire in payroll management. She has successfully led the Accounting and Finance departments at various IT and non-IT Companies.
Before joining Legalogic, Leena was working at GS Lab from its inception in 2003 till March’24. She was the first employee of GS Lab and served the Company for 20.6 years, pioneered in setting up all Admin, HR, Accounting, and Payroll processes. She has worn several hats in the support domain, viz: accounting, internal and statutory audit finalization, payroll management (from onboarding (hire) to retire processes), budgeting and forecasting, treasury management, and personnel management.
She has also successfully mentored freshers and got them upto their profile expectations within a short span.
