With over six years of experience, Aanchal Lamba has significant experience in providing advice related to private equity transactions, joint venture arrangements and strategic acquisitions and general corporate and commercial laws.
She is driven to provide clients with legal solutions which are practical to implement and complement their business objectives.
In addition to advising private equity firms, venture capital firms, investors and foreign companies, she has represented and advised various start-ups and other non-traditional businesses. She has also represented media and production houses and advised on various aspects of endorsement and artist agreements.
Aanchal has also conducted training for corporates with respect to various laws and has published articles and papers in various legal journals and websites.
