Prasad brings over ten years of experience with expertise in handling both litigation and non-litigation matters. He has extensively handled litigation matters and has appeared before the High Court of Bombay, civil courts, debt recovery tribunal, charity commissioner, district consumer redressal forum and state consumer redressal forum, in Maharashtra. He has experience in handling matters about arbitration, consumer laws, contract laws, writ petitions, summary suits, civil suits, the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Negotiable Instruments Act and the Bombay Public Trust Act. Prasad contributes significantly in the areas of commercial laws, intellectual property laws and information technology laws. Prasad, previously, worked with the Sobha Group of Companies based in Dubai and has experience working with various other law firms in India.
Prasad has been a visiting faculty at various law colleges and delivered lectures on international economic law and intellectual property rights. He has also been one of the keynote speakers in seminars on intellectual property rights delivering lectures on designs law and the Geographical Indications of Goods (Registration & Protection) Act, 1999.
