Apurv has over fifteen years of experience and has advised a variety of private equity firms, venture capital firms, investors, foreign companies and domestic companies on various aspects of corporate laws, investment laws, foreign exchange regulations, commercial laws, IT laws and labour laws. He has advised different companies and firms in relation to investment transactions and due diligence.Â
Apurv acted as the issuerâs counsel for the Pune Municipal Corporation in relation to their 200 Crore Municipal Bond Offering in 2017.
Apurv has also advised companies on various aspects of competition law, cyber law and data protection law.Â
Apurv has also conducted training for corporates with respect to various laws and regulations. He has also published articles and papers in various legal journals and websites.
In 2019, Apurv authored âData Protection- Law and Regulationâ â a book which analyses privacy laws across the world and was published by Thomson Reuters.Â
Prior to joining LegaLogic, Apurv was a partner with Legasis Partners and has also worked with AZB &Partners and Trilegal before.
