Mitali has over three years of experience with expertise in the field of structuring of employee stock options plans and employee incentive plans, advising and structuring on foreign exchange management laws, mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, business transfer agreements, advising on alternative investment funds and other SEBI regulated intermediaries such as investment advisers, research analysts, portfolio managers and stockbrokers.
Mitali also regularly advises start-ups and corporates on various company laws, structuring, and general advisory relating to corporate and foreign investment laws and is also involved in the review of agreements for start-up funding and investment transactions.
Mitali has represented various domestic and international clients, social enterprises and other organisations on various legal and regulatory issues.
