Sanyukta has more than three years of experience in advising domestic and international clients on the structuring of employee benefit plans, and stock option schemes including cross-border employee incentive plans. Sanyukta is also regularly involved in drafting founders’ agreements, advisory agreements, and angel investments and providing legal opinions on the Companies Act, 2013 and Indian exchange control regulations. Sanyukta also advises clients on SEBI investment advisory and research analyst regulations.
