He has been advising an array of international and domestic clients across various sectors including start-ups, early-stage emerging companies, high net worth individuals, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital funds.
He regularly advises clients in the areas of corporate and commercial laws, exchange control laws, foreign investment, and other related laws. He is actively involved in conducting due diligence investigations, drafting, vetting, and negotiating transaction documents and commercial contracts.
He has an aptitude for writing and his articles have been published in reputed journals, newspapers, and online platforms including the Financial Express and Taxmann.
Prakhar had joined LegaLogic in 2019 and was associated with the firm for about 4 years. Before rejoining LegaLogic in 2024, Prakhar has worked as a Senior Associate in the Corporate and M&A team at J Sagar Associates at their Mumbai office for about a year.
