Nikita has extensive experience of more than 7 years with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate/business structuring and restructuring including entering into joint ventures, private equity investments, venture capital funding, business transfers, entity formation, corporate governance and contracting.
Nikita regularly advises domestic and international clients on various facets of law including general corporate and commercial laws, regulatory compliances, and exchange control laws.
Nikita is also involved in conducting due diligence, drafting, vetting and negotiating the transaction documents and commercial contracts. She has rich experience in designing and implementing employee stock option plans, startup advisory, compliance management, securities laws, and intellectual property related laws.
Before joining LegaLogic, Nikita worked with J. Sagar Associates, Mumbai, and Economic Laws Practice.
