He has been Auditing various industries like Automobile, Pharma, Health care, Mining, Ports, Power, logistics, FMCG. Additionally Implemented compliances monitoring solutions for shipping, NBFC, Auto, Ports, Power, FMCG.
He regularly advises clients in the areas of Environment laws, Labour Laws, corporate and commercial laws, regulatory laws for many industries. He is actively compliance Assurance services which includes due diligence investigations.
Rahul joining LegaLogic as a Senior Legal Advisor in the M&A team and before LegaLogic he was Lead- Audit and Implementation team at Legasis Pvt Ltd, earlier at Allsec technologies Ltd as Team- Manager for compliance and Industrial relation.
