LegaLogic Advises Bonfleet Solutions on investment by Omdiyar Network and others

LegaLogic advises Bonfleet Solutions in a Seed Round investment of US$ 1.03 Mn led by Silicon Valley-based impact investing firm Omidyar Network. Early-stage investment firm Axilor Ventures and Better Capital’s AngelList India Syndicate also participated in the funding round.

LegaLogic was the sole legal counsel for Bonfleet Solutions and advised on due diligence support, finalization of deal documentation and assisted in closure of the deal.
