LegaLogic advises Deeptek on the strategic investment by NTT Data, Japanese IT giant.

Deeptek is a medical imaging Artificial Intelligence (AI) Company and has formed a strategic equity partnership with NTT Data as part of this funding round.

LegaLogic was the sole legal counsel for Deeptek on the India side of investment and advised on structuring the transaction, negotiation and finalization of deal documentation and assisted in closure of the deal.
