LegaLogic advised Deazzle Services on acquisition of business of Outgo Payment Solutions. As part of Business acquisition, Deazzle acquired technology and existing commercial contracts of Outgo. Chetana Pawar, Founder of Outgo alongwith her team joined Deazzle.

LegaLogic was the sole legal counsel for Deazzle Services and advised on structuring on the deal, due diligence support, finalization of deal documentation and assisted in closure of the deal.
