LegaLogic Advises Anchanto in Series C Funding

LegaLogic advised Anchanto, a Singapore based global e-commerce selling and logistics platform, in Series C funding. The round was led by Telkom Indonesia’s corporate venture capital arm, MDI Ventures. Anchanto raised US$4 Million in this round.

LegaLogic advised on finalization of the deal documentation in this round. LegaLogic has advised Anchanto on its earlier fund raise rounds as well.
