LegaLogic Advises Tork Motors (Electric Motorcycle Company) for a Strategic Investment of Rs. 30 Crores by Bharat Forge
We are pleased to inform you that LegaLogic Consulting represented electric motorcycle Company, Tork Motors, for a strategic investment of Rs. 30 Crores by Bharat Forge Limited.
The transaction comprised a mix of primary and secondary purchase (from Bhavish Agarwal, Ola, and others) of shares by Bharat Forge.
Tork Motors is focused on developing premium electric motorcycles and had unveiled India’s first all-electric motorcycle T6X in September 2016, which is capable of going 100 km on a single charge.
LegaLogic Consulting advised Tork on all legal aspect of the deal including definitive documentation and closing of the transaction. Bharat Forge was represented by DSK Legal.
