LegaLogic advises Lentra AI in acquisition of TheDataTeam
We are pleased to announce that LegaLogic Consulting advised Lentra AI (https://www.lentra.ai/) in its acquisition of Tharavu Technologies Private Limited (TheDataTeam) (https://thedatateam.com/) and its subsidiary in Singapore.
Lentra provides AI based digital lending cloud technology platform to banks to help create tailored lending products. TheDataTeam is engaged in the business of providing AI based platform solutions, which are used for monetizing customer data under the brand name Cadenz. Through this deal, Lentra will integrate TheDataTeam’s behaviour intelligence platform Cadenz which helps banks and finance firms make decisions on customer creditworthiness.
