LegaLogic advises InfraCloud Technologies on sale of BotKube to Kubeshop
We are pleased to announce that LegaLogic Consulting advised InfraCloud Technologies (https://www.infracloud.io/) in sale of Botkube, an open-source product developed by InfraCloud, to Kubeshop (https://kubeshop.io/).
InfraCloud Technologies is a Kubernetes focused B2B Open Source Cloud Native Computing company that has been building products, services, and solutions to modernize applications and infrastructure. BotKube, is an open-source product developed by InfraCloud which monitors Kubernetes clusters and helps with interactive debugging.
LegaLogic (www.LegaLogic.co.in) advised InfraCloud in negotiation and finalisation of transaction documentations and closing. Rajlaxmi Kale, Pranav Divgi and Tanvi Garaty worked on this transaction with Vikas Agarwal and Vivek Sadhale.
