LegaLogic Advises 1Mobility on sale of IP Assets to Qualys

LegaLogic advised 1Mobility on sale of its IP-assets to US-based Qualys Inc. The acquisition of IP assets will allow Qualys to provide enterprises of all sizes with the ability to create and continuously update an inventory of mobile devices on all versions of Android, iOS and Windows Mobile in their environment.

LegaLogic was the sole legal counsel for 1Mobility and advised on structuring on the deal, due diligence support, finalization of deal documentation and assisted in closure of the deal. The deal value was not disclosed.
