LegaLogic Participates In AmpliNxt Beta Program Bootcamp Session
Intellectual property protection supports the development of knowledge-based industries, stimulates international trade, and encourages investment and technology transfer. Knowing about Intellectual property protection laws is critical to fostering innovation. Without the protection of ideas, startups would not reap the full benefits of their inventions.
To share various legal procedures and IP laws that can contribute substantially to a company’s assets and market value, a panel of experts from LegaLogic including Nihal Kothari – Associate Partner, Nikita Navindgikar – Principal Legal Advisor, Malvika Mohan Baxi – Principal Legal Advisor and Onkar Ghate, Senior Legal Advisor shared their insights and knowledge in the AmpliNxt Beta Program Bootcamp Session organised by AmpliNxt. The session was for the second cohort of the AmpliNxt Beta Program, in which startups undergo a rigorous series of bootcamps, trainings, mentoring, and pitching rounds, where they learn the intricacies and challenges of running a business.
The session was on Understanding Legal Processes and IP Laws where the panel covered the major legal aspects a business owner and a startup founder should know, right from registering the startup, having a co-founder agreement, and registering a patent to having commercial contracts and data privacy laws.
Overall, the founder’s appreciated the knowledge shared and gave positive feedback about the program.
