LegaLogic advised Softtech Engineers Limited in funding transaction by RIB Software SE. The funding would entitle RIB about 10% of Softtech’s stake.

Softtech Engineers Limited is listed on the NSE and RIB Software SE is listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

LegaLogic was the sole legal counsel for Softtech Engineers and advised on structuring the transaction, negotiation and finalization of deal documentation.
