LegaLogic Advises Phoenix Flexibles in acquisition transaction by Amcor, US$ 14.7 Bn Global Leader in Packaging
We are pleased to announce that LegaLogic Consulting advised Phonex Flexibles in strategic acquisition transaction by Amcor, a US$ 14.7 Bn, a global leader in developing and producing responsible packaging for food, beverage, pharmaceutical, medical, home and personal-care, and other products.
The acquisition is subject to customary closing procedures and is expected to close in the September 2023 quarter.
Phoenix Flexibles operates a facility in Gujarat, India. The business generates revenue of about $20m annually from the sale of flexible packaging for food, home care and personal care applications.
Switzerland-based Amcor has four flexible packaging facilities in India. The business has reported double-digit organic sales growth per annum over the last three years.
