LegaLogic Advises Pentathlon in the Funding round of Doqfy

We are pleased to announce that LegaLogic Consulting advised Pentathlon Ventures in the funding round of Doqfy.

Doqfy has raised a pre-Series A funding round led by Turbostart and Pentathlon VC. Lead Angels, SilverNeedle VC, LetsVenture, and Angel.co, led by Archana Priyadarshini also participated in this round.

LegaLogic was the sole legal counsel for Pentathlon and advised on the review, negotiation and finalization of deal documentation.
