LegaLogic advised Paranjape group (Nalanda Shelter Private Limited and Brickmix Developers Private Limited) in a transaction for sale of 1.80 million square feet project in IT-focused special economic zone BlueRidge Phase III in Pune’s Hinjewadi area, to Ascendas India Trust.

Nalanda Shelter and Brickmix Developers are the sister concerns of Paranjape Schemes Construction Limited.
