LegaLogic Consulting successfully represented Pune-based fast growing Industrial IoT Company, Entrib Analytics (www.entrib.com) on its fund raise from Innovotech Investments. Innovotech Investments is a Singapore Based Private Equity Investment Fund.

LegaLogic Consulting was the sole legal counsel to Entrib and advised on the deal structuring including documentation and closing of the transaction. Amount of transaction is not disclosed.
