LegaLogic Advises Early Salary, IDG Ventures, DHFL and others in Series B Fund raise of Rs. 100 Crores

We are pleased to inform you that LegaLogic Consulting successfully represented Pune-based fintech Company EarlySalary (www.earlysalary.com) which recently raised INR 100 Cr. in Series B funding. Series B Funding was led by Eight Roads Ventures India, the investment arm of Fidelity International. Existing investors IDG Ventures India, Dewan Housing Finance Corp Ltd (DHFL) and Seed Investors led by Mr. Ashok Agarwal also participated in the Series B Round. LegaLogic Consulting was the sole legal counsel to the Company, Founders and IDG Ventures India, Dewan Housing Finance Corp Ltd (DHFL) and Seed Investors. Eight Roads was represented by Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas.
