FutureTech Holding Company (www.fthco.com) acquired Ellicium Solutions (www.ellicium.com) in all cash deal. Founded in 2005 by Mr. Sravan Vellanki, FutureTech is a leader in Information Technology (IT) and IT Enabled Services with strategic holdings in the healthcare, financial and technology sectors. Ellicium, a Big Data and Data Science company, was founded in 2012 by Kuldeep Deshpande and Yogesh Kulkarni who are industry veterans. Ellicium is headquartered at Pune, India with a office in Santa Clara, California, USA.
LegaLogic was a strategic advisor and legal counsel to the deal and was responsible for the entire deal cycle including deal structuring and deal documentation.
