Labour Codes: #6 Helpline and Facilitation Centres under Labour Codes – Unorganised, Gig and Platform Workers

For the first time, under the Code on Social Security, 2020, the Government of India has envisioned to create dedicated helpline and facilitation centres, accessible through the e-Shram Portal to ensure registration and enrolment of unorganised, gig, and platform workers’ in social security schemes.
