LegaLogic Consulting advised Payten Holding S.A., (“Payten”) a Polish company, in relation to their acquisition of 55% stake in Gurugram based Paygate India Private Limited (“Paygate”) and its subsidiary Safexpay Technologies Private Limited (“Safexpay”) for a total of Euros 29.07 million.
Paygate provides services related to digital and automated payment solutions, such as payment aggregation platform, neo-banking, payouts, one-click checkout, APIX for digital on-boarding, UPI QR code and facial recognition-based payments.
Payten provides end-to-end payment industry solutions for financial institutions and merchants including eCommerce, mPayments, ATM and POS related services. (Payten- Payment and Ecommerce solution)
