LegaLogic Advises Two Brothers pre-Series A Funding Round led by Leading Bollywood Actor, Akshay Kumar and India’s Cricketing Legend, Virender Sehwag, along with others
Two Brothers Organic Farms (TBOF) is a producer of natural and organic farming products. TBOF is founded by Satyajit Hange and Ajinkya Hange, two brothers from Bhodani, Pune, the Farmer’s Sons who quit their careers as bankers to start their organic farm.
Leading Bollywood Actor, Akshay Kumar and India’s Cricketing Legend Virender Sehwag participated in the funding round along with others.
LegaLogic was the sole legal counsel for TBOF and advised on the review, negotiation and finalization of deal documentation, assistance with due diligence and closing of the transaction.
