LegaLogic Advised Infogen Labs on its acquisition by Ciklum. This acquisition was part of a global transaction by virtue of which Ciklum, a global experience engineering firm, acquired Infogen, a digital engineering services company.
LegaLogic advised on the structuring the transaction, negotiation of the deal documentation and assisted on Closing.
