LegaLogic advises Indus Capital in acquisition of its Mutual Fund Distribution business by Prudent Corporate Advisory for INR 124 Crores
We are pleased to announce that LegaLogic Consulting advised Indus Capital, in the acquisition of its Mutual Fund Distribution business by Prudent Corporate Advisory Services Limited.
Indus Capital is a Pune-based mutual fund distributor with an AUM of INR 2,030 crore as of August 2025, of which 95.3% is equity-oriented. Indus Capital’s SIP book stands at about INR 11 crore and it currently serves more than 3,500 families.
Prudent Corporate Advisory Services is one of the leading retail wealth management services group backed by Singapore’s Temasek. The acquisition will strengthen Prudent’s mutual fund distribution vertical, expand customer base, enhance AUM, and fuel overall business growth.
The transaction involved transfer of the entire mutual fund distribution business of Indus Capital including all customer contracts and employee relationships, for an aggregate consideration of about INR 123.75 crore.
