Vasudevan is a Chartered Accountant and lawyer with over 11 years of professional experience spanning tax litigation, audit, tax compliance, and advisory. He advises corporates and multinational companies on domestic tax, international tax, and business restructuring, and has represented large corporates and MNCs in direct tax matters before the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, High Courts, and the Supreme Court. He has worked for over 5 years with Globeview Advisors LLP – a boutique tax consultancy firms.

Vasudevan has also advised clients on tax issues faced by MNCs & large Indian business groups and worked closely on business restructuring and cross-border tax advisory matters.

Vasudevan previously worked as an Associate at DMD Advocates, a premier law firm in New Delhi, where he worked on direct tax litigation and advisory. Earlier in his career, he trained and worked at V. Sankar Aiyar & Co., a renowned chartered accountancy firm, where he was involved

in taxation consultancy, income-tax assessments and appeals, statutory and internal audits of listed and unlisted companies, tax audits, and audits of charitable and religious institutions.

Vasudevan holds a unique dual qualification as both a Chartered Accountant and a lawyer, which allows him to bring together technical tax expertise with litigation and advocacy skills.

Vasudevan is a member of the International Tax Committee of WIRC of ICAI, and regularly delivers lectures at ICAI and at ILS Law College, Pune. He has authored several articles on direct and international tax published on Orbitax, IBFD, and Taxsutra.
