Ayesha Alware is an employment and labour lawyer with over five (5) years of experience advising businesses on a broad range of employment-related matters. She has previously worked with MZM Legal LLP, Trilegal and Fortitude Law Associates (affiliate of Kelley Drye & Warren LLP), where she advised domestic and multinational clients on employment law, workplace compliance and employee-related issues.

Her experience covers a wide range of EL matters, including employment documentation, workplace policies, employee management, workforce restructuring and reduction-in-force exercises, employment-related due diligence in mergers and acquisitions, and general advisory on statutory and regulatory compliance. She has also advised clients on matters involving employee misconduct, data theft, disciplinary processes, termination of employment and workplace investigations, including matters under the Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace framework.

In addition to advisory work, Ayesha has experience in drafting and reviewing employment agreements, HR policies, employee communications, legal notices, internal guidelines and other employment-related documentation.
