Amol is M&A and Private Equity and Venture Capital lawyer and Associate Partner at LegaLogic Consulting with over 15 years of experience advising investors, corporates and start-ups on complex domestic and cross border transactions and including advising on structuring, undertaking due diligences, drafting and negotiations of transaction documents and achieving transaction closures. Amol has been involved in transactions across multiple domains like AI, technology, financial services, media, food, pharma, electric vehicles infrastructure and others.

Amol has also worked extensively on debt transactions representing lenders as well as borrowers in relation to Term Loans, Non-Convertible Debenture Issuances and External Commercial Borrowings.

Earlier in his career, Amol has worked with law firms Little and Co and Tatva Legal in Mumbai giving him experience in litigations, arbitrations and real estate assignments and has also worked in law firms in Bangalore advising tech start-ups on M&A, PE and their debt investments.

Amol is a law graduate from Rizvi Law College, Mumbai. Amol has also qualified as a Solicitor. Amol is also an alumnus of IIM-A having completed the Accelerated General Management Program (AGMP) of IIM-A. Various deals in the M&A and PE space that Amol has worked on have been reported in Bar and Bench, Legal Era and other publications.
